Lavita is a licensed real estate broker with Unique Lifestyle Realty who has extensive knowledge of Tacoma and surrounding areas of Pierce County. As a lifelong Pierce County resident she grew up in Tacoma and has lived in Lakewood since 2004. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, she spent fifteen years in the consumer banking industry, working her way up to branch manager and also has several years of experience managing sales and operations in the automotive industry.
Lavita’s knowledge of the area, coupled with her banking and sales background sets her aside from many other agents, in that she has seen firsthand how our Pierce County Neighborhoods have changed over time through a variety of market conditions.
